As a Doula with over 24 years of experience, I offer grounded, intuitive and evidence-informed support to help you feel held, confident, and deeply supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.
My approach weaves together emotional support, birth biomechanics, pelvic alignment, nervous system care and sacred presence, so you feel both prepared and deeply nurtured.

Limited Birth Client Availability
To ensure each family receives my full presence and care, I intentionally support a limited number of birth clients each year, spaced across the calendar so I can be fully available for one Mumma and family at a time. This ensures you receive grounded, attentive and unhurried support throughout your birth journey.
Discovery Session
A complimentary, non-obligatory Meet & Greet / Discovery Session is recommended to explore whether we are the right fit for each other. Birth support is deeply personal and connection and trust are essential.
If we choose to work together, a $500 deposit secures your booking and on-call availability.
