What to wear
Wear something comfortable and easy to move in – gym wear, yoga pants, tights or a loose t-shirt are ideal. The practice of yoga is done barefoot.
How to prepare
Use a Mat, pillows, and blankets and have a bottle of water ready. Please refrain from eating a heavy meal at least 1.5hrs before class. If it’s your first class, please complete the health form, sign, and email prior to starting the classes. Please arrive 5-10 mins earlier to your first online Live Zoom class so we can get started on time.
